As we are holding a place for you where numbers on each course are limited, we will take a 50% cancellation fee if we have less than one week’s advance notice, we charge 75% of the fee if we have two days’ notice. There is no refund if we are informed of cancellation within 24hrs of the programme or once the camp/term has commenced.

 

We will refund you via bank transfer. We are not able of refund the admin fee charged when booking online.

Although highly unlikely, we reserve the right to change or cancel any programme if deemed necessary for safety reasons. If we cancel due to severely bad weather or if it is deemed unsafe to go outside due to high winds, we will provide an alternative if possible, or you can choose to attend at another time.

 

In the event of a pandemic or similar, where we cannot operate safely or are required to cancel as per government guidelines, we will offer you an alternative when it is safe to do so or a refund.
